Cancellation: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call us at (610) 258-1702. Skinterest requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for appointment changes or cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. This fee is applied to compensate the provider for the reserved appointment time.
Scheduled Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment start time. Clients 5 minutes late are subject to rescheduling.
No Children or unaccompanied minors: As a courtesy to our clientele, children are not allowed to accompany you to your appointments. Doing so will result in needing to reschedule your service.
Enjoy the Zen: We ask that you enter quietly, silence your cell phone, and speak in a low tone while you visit our spa. Please be respectful of others enjoying some peace and quiet.
Rest and Relaxation: For extra time to decompress, enjoy our Tranquility Wing complimentary with any Massage or Facial. Start or end your spa day by changing into a robe and slippers, snacking on fresh fruit and herbal teas, and relaxing in front of our Himalayan salt wall. To enjoy this amenity please arrive and check in 20-30 minutes before your scheduled appointment or extend your stay.
